Elli Workforce Motivation Challenge – Win 1 Year of Elli

1. Organizer

This promotion is organized by:

Hereafter referred to as the Organizer.

2. Promotion Period

The giveaway starts on 19/03/2026 and ends on 16/04/2026

Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

Participation in this promotion is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years or older
• Are residents of a country within the European Union
• Submit their entry through the official participation link

Employees of the Organizer and any affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Participate

To participate in the challenge, participants must submit their response via the following link:

Participants are asked to answer the following question:

“What is your best idea to improve employee motivation in the workplace?”

Entries must be original and based on the participant’s own knowledge, experience, or insights.

Only one entry per participant will be considered unless otherwise stated.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, offensive, or generated through automated means.

5. Prize

One winner will receive:

1 year free access to elli Professional

The approximate value of the prize is €6,000, based on an Elli license for an organization of approximately 100 employees.

The prize:

• Is non transferable
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• May not be resold

The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with an equivalent alternative if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected through a random selection process from all valid entries submitted during the promotion period.

The random draw will take place on 17/04/2026 using a digital random selection tool.

Only entries that comply with these Terms and Conditions and that are submitted before the closing date will be eligible for the draw.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The decision of the Organizer regarding the selection of the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided during submission.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Use of Personal Data

Personal data collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the challenge and contacting the winner.

Participants have the right to access, modify, or request deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for:

• technical failures
• network or platform issues
• incomplete or delayed submissions

The Organizer shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize.

10. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn.

Participants release LinkedIn from any responsibility related to this promotion.

11. Changes or Termination

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

12. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium.

Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ghent, Belgium.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in this promotion, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
