Your Permissions, Your Experience, All Working Together

Elli v2.1.1 is a focused update that ensures everything works exactly as you'd expect. If you
have multiple roles in your organization, all your permissions now work seamlessly together.
We've also completed our refresh of the Wellbeing Scan branding and added visual polish to
make your experience feel more cohesive.
This release is all about reliability and refinement - making sure the features you depend on
work smoothly, every time.

What's New

Fresh Visual Identity
Updated Login Experience - Our login pages now feature the Elli logo prominently, giving you
a more polished and professional welcome when you sign in. This visual update creates a
consistent brand experience across the platform.

Wellbeing Scan Rebrand Complete

‍Human Energy Scan is now Wellbeing Scan - We've completed the transition to our new
terminology across all languages. Whether you use Elli in English, Dutch, or French, you'll now
see "Wellbeing Scan" (or its translation) consistently throughout the platform.
- English: Wellbeing Scan
- Dutch: Welzijnsscan
- French: Scan de bien-etre
This name better reflects the holistic nature of what we measure and how we help you
understand your overall wellbeing.

Improvements

For Platform Administrators
Complete Audit Visibility - Platform administrators can now access activity logs across all
organizations. This makes it easier to monitor platform usage, ensure compliance, and provide
support when organizations need assistance.
For Everyone
Clearer Survey Status Messages - The dashboard now shows clearer messaging when a
survey period has ended but results are being finalized. Instead of confusing messages, you'll
see a friendly "Survey closed" notification, so you always know exactly where things stand.

Bug Fixes

All Your Permissions Work Together
Fixed: If you have multiple roles within the same organization (for example, both administrator
and partner roles), all your permissions now work correctly together. Previously, some users
experienced situations where not all their access rights were recognized. This is now resolved -
you'll have full access to everything your roles entitle you to.
Profile Date Picker Works Correctly
Fixed: When editing your profile, the date picker for your birth date now works smoothly.
Previously, some users experienced issues with the date selection not displaying correctly. The
date picker now behaves exactly as expected.

For Employees
1. Notice the Fresh Look - Check out the updated login page with the Elli logo
2. Explore Wellbeing Scan - Find your wellbeing insights under the newly named Wellbeing
Scan section. 3. Update Your Profile - Try editing your profile to see the improved date picker in action

1.Track Team Wellbeing - Use the Wellbeing Scan (formerly Human Energy Scan) to monitor
team trends 2. Review Survey Status - Notice the clearer messaging when survey periods close
